On Friday, May 6, 2022, American rapper Roddy Ricch took the stage for an exclusive performance at the StonedApeCrew x Secret Sesh NFT holder event in Los Angeles, C.A.

With growing popularity in the Web3 and NFT space, “Holder Events” have become a popular way to connect brands with their supporters – this is what StonedApeCrew (SAC) decided to do after realizing there was a “need to be more transparent with their clients,” said a representative from SAC.

Los Angeles’ famous “Arts District” is most known for breeding up-and-coming artists and playing a huge role in the L.A. art scene, making it a perfect candidate for an NFT-themed event.

The event, which was held at the Wisdome Event Center in L.A., and most literally brought NFTs to life by projecting SAC’s artwork onto the walls of the venue – with each room having a different theme.

The event kicked off with beats from Dj Cheps hyping up the growing crowd, while holders walked around the venue checking out their favorite vendors such as Backpack Boyz, Creme Dulce, Grassdoor, Moxie, Costa Cannabis, Binske, and others!

SAC’s main goal of the event was to incorporate a luxury cannabis experience into their NFTs, giving each one of their projects a “larger than life” personality, which they certainly did.

In addition to the long list of perks holders were able to enjoy during the event, they were also able to participate in exclusive giveaways, which included prizes such as “event only” merchandise, custom Stündenglass Gravity Bongs, unreleased SAC x Secret Sesh apparel, and more!

With over 1200 people in attendance, it wasn’t a surprise that a majority of them were notable celebrities such as Fenix Flexin, Donis Winter, Dj Morgan Bourke, Sharukh Pithawalla, That Yung Lad, Famouke, and more!

At approximately 9:30pm the event went into overdrive with local music artist MEZZA opening up the show, with 10k Caash following.

At approximately 10:45 Ricch took the stage, causing an overwhelming cheer from the crowd, performing hit songs like Ballin’, The Box, ending the show by thanking SAC for having him.
