Are you a business owner feeling overwhelmed? Do you have days where you just feel like there isn’t enough time in the day to complete all your tasks? Or have you been putting in the work but not seeing the return on investment? If the answer to any of these questions is a ‘yes’ you are at the right place, at the right time.

Hello, my name is Lydia Lukic and I am known as the Limitless Mindset Coach. I support high-achieving entrepreneurs to dominate their field, gain laser focus, and turn fear into power by using my 90 Days To Decision one-on-one coaching program. The journey of where I am currently at, started off as a rollercoaster ride, literally. Just like many of you, during covid I had to pivot and get creative with the next steps in my professional career. My exact thoughts were “What the heck do I do now?” Being temporarily laid off, I had to find solutions to continue making money. I strongly believe in the power of investing in yourself and even during covid, I had the privilege and continue to work with some of the most elite mentors out there. With their guidance I learned effective tools that helped me propel forward and grow my business during covid. Now, I want to share with you the 3 key elements to get you to achieve success.

1. Starve Your Distractions

Nowadays, there are many distractions with emails, social media, television, friends and family. In order to perform at your best in both personal and professional life,  we need to fill our cup first. One of the key elements to starving distractions is incorporating a set of daily routines:

  • Write out daily goals each morning and separate them into 2 categories: Negotiables VS Non-Negotiables. This method helps you identify daily priorities that must be completed, and shows you which tasks can get moved around if needed.
  • Be aware of what you feed your mind daily. Every morning I listen to an audio book/podcast and this helps me start off my day on a positive note. This way you can learn new things and this puts your brain in a creative zone.
  • Move Your Body: Exercise or go for a walk every day. This gets your blood flowing and allows the brain to regain clarity.
  • Put your phone on silent for a set period of time during the day. This helps you focus on work and avoids the buzzing sound of notifications, and you grabbing your phone to check updates.

2. Create Momentum By Adapting & Taking Action

We learn many lessons in the entrepreneurial world. It can get challenging to accept the downs that happen or accepting that a decision we made did not work out as planned. The key here is to acknowledge facts and adapt your style, make any necessary changes and keep moving forward. Momentum is crucial because if you are not adapting and moving forward, you can get consumed by emotions and  start overanalyzing all the details, therefore, stopping the momentum. And while you are drowning in emotions and self sabotage, someone else is working away and building their empire. Remember, these are the key steps in order to gain momentum: adjust, adapt and keep moving forward.

3. Control Fear

Often in business, fear creeps in. It can be fear due to outside factors like covid, fear of failure or fear of what others will think of our decisions. It’s important to understand that fear will always show up but it’s about the steps we take to control fear, so it doesn’t control us. What I found most helpful is to lean in and take action, even if you make a decision and it doesn’t turn out to be the desired outcome there is a lesson to be learned. When you are busy taking action, there is no time to overthink all the details and allow fear to control our mind.

My mission with my business is empowering high achieving entrepreneurs worldwide to utilize their gifts to achieve their highest level of success. My hope is that the tools in this article accelerate your business forward and help you create a bigger impact in our society. And always remember, there are no limits, only the ones we create. Everything you need is within you.
