1. Who are the millennial role models?

A: A millennial role model is typically considered to be a person who embodies the characteristics and values that are important to the millennial generation. This can include qualities such as being tech-savvy, socially conscious, and independent. Some popular millennial role models include entrepreneurs like Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk, as well as social activists like Malala Yousafzai and Greta Thunberg. However, the concept of a “millennial role model” is subjective, and different individuals may have different ideas about who qualifies for this title. Some people may look up to successful entrepreneurs, while others may admire social activists or public figures. It can also depend on the person’s personal values, beliefs, and interests.

Millennials are considered to be the first generation to come of age in the new millennium, and have been characterized as being more tech-savvy, open-minded, and socially conscious than previous generations. They are also known for facing different challenges, such as high student debt, high housing costs, and a difficult job market. There are many prob with our generation but also unlimited opportunities. With a positive mindset and right direction the sky is the limit. The reason why I wrote the book “ the millennial hand books a to z” is hoping to provide some insight from the millennial perspective and putting an positive impact on our generation as a insider.

2. What’s the biggest issue millennials facing ?

Some of the biggest issues we face include:

Economic challenges:

Many millennials have struggled with high levels of student debt, high housing costs, and a difficult job market. This has made it difficult for them to achieve financial stability and independence.

I had very strict and money smart parents that’s not very common for people our generation my first job in college I was making over 3000$ a month as independent sales for various companies I had financial freedom and self sufficient since I was 18 and have 0 bad debt. I was thinking about writing my next book on financial freedom as I have mentor only some of my close friend and help them be debt free and generate passive income.

Social and political issues:

Millennials are known for being more socially conscious and politically active than previous generations. They are often at the forefront of movements for social and political change, and are more likely to support progressive policies and causes.

Technological change: As the first generation to come of age in the digital age, millennials are often seen as being more tech-savvy than previous generations. However, they also face challenges related to privacy, security, and the impact of technology on society. With AI, nft, crypto etc new concepts we really don’t know how fast the work would be changing. Keeping up with current trend is key to survival at this point, it’s not a luxury.

3. What’s the biggest opportunity the millennials have ?

Opportunities:

Entrepreneurship: With technology and social media, it’s easier to start a business, connect with customers and build a brand, millennials are often seen as entrepreneurs, taking advantage of the opportunities provided by technology.

I wasn’t a very tech person but I have been a pretty nerd my whole life, life is about get interesting

Diversification:

As a more diverse generation in terms of race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation, millennials have the opportunity to bring new perspectives and ideas to the workplace and society as a whole.

Many artists have multiple disciplines these days, I am so glad I was born in a age that there are more opportunities for artist has multiple talents such as art and music not only one. Combing with other talent even tech skills, there is gonna be tons of hybrids and hybrid company is gonna emerge very soon.

Social media and digital platforms:

Millennials are often considered to be digital natives, having grown up with technology and social media. This gives them a unique advantage in fields such as marketing, advertising, and content creation, where they are able to effectively navigate digital platforms.
Increased awareness: As a more socially conscious generation, millennials have the opportunity to effect change in areas such as social justice, environmentalism, and politics.

Social media is about become your social ID, if u r not in social media game, might as well not be millennials.

And AI is about to change the world as a matter of fact it’s really doing it since last week as far as I know.

As a more socially conscious generation, millennials have the opportunity to effect change in areas such as social justice, environmentalism, and politics. This generation will also be the most spiritual awakened generation ever, one of the reason I took 4 y to write my spiritual journey is I am trying to show the world we should all take spiritual path as a serious subject. I don’t only study spiritual growth on daily basis I also take it as one of my full time job to learn. As it’s just gonna nourish everything else you do in life. It’s gonna help you work and live smarter. It’s not only about working hard.

4. What’s trending in tech, art and music ?

Trends in technology, art, and music are constantly evolving, but as of my knowledge cutoff of 2021, here are some current or recent trends in each field:

Technology: Remote working and online learning have become more prevalent due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to an increase in demand for technologies that facilitate these activities. Other trends include the increased use of automation and AI, the development of more advanced virtual and augmented reality technologies, and the growing popularity of smart home devices.

Art: As technology advances, digital art is becoming more prevalent, with artists using tools such as 3D modeling, animation and digital painting to create their works. Another trend is the use of social and political themes in art, as well as an increased focus on inclusivity and diversity. Street art, illustration, and animation are also trending.

Music: Streaming services continue to dominate the music industry, with more and more artists releasing their music exclusively on streaming platforms. Other trends include the continued popularity of hip-hop and R&B, the emergence of new subgenres within electronic music such as lo-fi and vaporwave, and the rise of independent and DIY musicians who use the internet to promote their music. I have also joined the trend myself became a independent artist for music, also made myself a virtual influencer, etc

I have been a trend setting since ever. I like to consider myself very trendy. Fall behind is not something I will ever allow to happen.
