Diversity Inspires Creativity at Conpac

The diversity of services, techniques and strategies is what makes our product range so unique. Likewise, we believe that it is the diversity of cultures, backgrounds and identities of our people that makes the difference. Our goal is to promote a culture of inclusion and encourage all our people, including our stakeholders, to support and promote our Inclusivity, Diversity and Equity initiatives.

We are on a journey to consolidate a culture of inclusion, diversity and equity that allows us to continue to create value for our people and an environment where everyone feels they belong. We have decided to establish a new company policy: a small first step towards a positive transformation is to base our approach on the universal principles of non-discrimination, equality and integrity, defined in the new global company policies (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Policy and Good practices for respect in the workplace), which constitute a point of reference for Conpac and for its entire ecosystem of professionals from different parts of the world.

“Inclusion is what makes us learn from each other” adds Marco Valentinsig, founder of Conpac. Diversity is what leads us to have better answers. Equity is how we make sure all voices are heard. For this reason, in 2024, the Conpac company has embarked on a journey to promote an even more inclusive, diverse and fair working environment, launching several programs.

To ensure that the diversity of perspectives, skills and competences of our people are best valued, we are working on the internal selection process to increase the diversity of cultures, backgrounds, skills and personalities of our candidates.

To increase inclusivity, we are tracking our ESG goal of Gender Diversity, committing to reach 35% women in management positions by 2030. To achieve this goal, we have developed a series of targeted initiatives, from talent sourcing to management training and otherwise, to ensure fair promotions and career opportunities for all.
