Working women are now making a lot of effort in their everyday lifestyle to deal with various mental disorders. It is observed that working women are more inclined to suffer from different mental issues in their work routine. And hence they are now taking precautionary measures to get rid of mental disorders in their work routine.

Due to the rising workload and the changing lifestyle, it has become a big challenge for working women to maintain a work-life balance in their lives. It is making them fall a victim to different mental health disorders such as anxiety disorder, depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), about 7 million people in the US suffer from a generalized anxiety disorder. And in comparison to men, the women community is twice as likely to develop panic disorder (PD). The increasing digitization has increased the awareness of people on the subject of mental health.

Hence, working women are investing their money in keeping themselves healthy and they are paying a lot of attention towards their mental health. They are working out at their homes and also taking personal fitness training online to keep them in a good state of health.
