She started her post by quoting the ongoing disturbance due to novel coronavirus and protests sparked by the death of George Floyd and said, “I know there is so much going on in the world right now. This is a crazy, broken, yet beautiful time. And in the midst of all of that – of all of our awareness and becoming and learning to love and see each other – I’ve had this really unique experience of having an unanticipated open-heart surgery.”

Expressing her feelings during the surgery, she compared the experience with that of a non-runner who had signed up for a marathon and winning would fetch her life ahead. Meanwhile, she appreciated and praised the efforts of her fans by saying that she received a lot of messages regarding her health. She also expressed how she never wanted or expected this to have happened but some eternal power gave her strength.
